Nicole Ari Parker is an American stage and film actor known for her performance as the fiery attorney Teri Joseph in the Showtime series Soul Food. When she got married, she changed her name to Nikki Kodjoe. She was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland she showed an inclination toward acting since childhood and received a Best Actress award at a Maryland high school competition. Contractor, who was raised by his parents in Nigeria and Mumbai when he was 7, had traveled the world and experienced diverse cultures when he was a kid. After attending boarding schools during seven years of London Her family then moved to Toronto Canada where she lived for most of her youth as well as her early years of adulthood. In 2002, Canadian reviewers praised her performance in 92 performances of Pericles. The conservatory in Stratford takes eight people with four females, as well as a few others for a week crash course. She was scheduled to perform in the following season's production was confirmed.
